    Great camera for everyday use

    Lets keep it simple: What do i like about this camera: 1.The giant touchscreen (compared to my last M783 Kodak) 2.The great resolution 3.The price (excellent cost-benefit) 4.Very easy to use 5.The "smart" way of taking pictures 6.The gun metal look What i dont like: 1.Not enough zoom for this kind of resolution 2.The sound of the lens moving with the zoom when seeing videos 3.The bottom lit (too delicate) 4.Cant know how much is left for the battery to be fully used 5.Its kind of heavy for its size Hope this will help future buyers.

    Great touchscreen camera! Takes wonderful pictures.

    I purchased this camera because I wanted one that I could easily fit into my purse or pocket. I already own one kodak digital camera and love it! When we bought our Easy Share 7440 we compared pictures we took with the Kodak, an hp and a Nikon (all cameras were the same specs and pictures were taken with all cameras on the same settings and in the same conditions). The Kodak won hands down. So, naturally I went back to Kodak. I would recommend the V1073 to anyone. Like my first Kodak, I didn't have to pour over the manual to figure out how to use it. I took it out of the box and started shooting pics and video. The picture quality is excellent! The display screen is very large and it is touch screen which I really enjoy.     Now this is a GREAT Kodak!

    I swear by Kodak and have bought a new one every year just to have the latest technology. In Feb 2008 I bought Kodak's V1253 and it was by far the WORST camera I've ever owned! By May 2008 I was so frustrated with it I had to replace it! With only one bad Kodak experience in over 13 years, I tried again with the Kodak V1073 and LOVE IT!!!! From the moment I took it out of the box and started taking pictures I was in love! Snap and shoot perfect pictures every time! Inside, outside, still pictures, or things in motion (KIDS!) it took perfectly clear pictures EVERY time with the innovative smart capture feature that automatically identifies the scene and adjusts settings for a great picture in just about any environment It has 10 megapixels with 3X optical zoom.     Kodak EasyShare V1073

    I like the 3 icnh touchscreen lcd, High definition quality,and smart capture mode with image stabilization. The 10 megapixel lens makes for awesome pictures and videos. Its small and compact with little weight to it. The features on the touchscreen are easy to use and navigate and offer many options. This will make my third after one was accidentally broke and another stolen. I prefer this camera over any other camera i have used. I know from experience that it will use a 32gb SDHC memory card. It can be charged via supplied wall charger, computer, PS3 charging dock etc. due to it having an USB charging cable which enables a wide variety of charging options.     Good, solid camera for photos but the ZOOM button is a major weak point

    I came by this camera by accident, I've been a Canon fan for over 30 years. But I was impressed with the Kodak, especially with the touch-screen. I won't contest it's capabilities for great photos, my issue is with the ZOOM feature, in my camera it wasn't working, I found the button was broken. So I went on E-Bay and bought an "as is" (the v1273 is almost identical except for the additional pixels) as it turned out that button was broken as well in the same way. I then bought a set of parts off 6 different camerss, 1073 and 1273. Only 1 of the 6 buttons was intact and it also broke off once I installed it.
