Little Big Planet 2 is an infinite game that never fails to amaze and inspire. Anything that you can imagine you're able to create relatively simply and easily. The in game engine offers advanced physics and fluid dynamics for you to play with. This sequel offers many significant improvements over the original. You're even able to compose your own music with a music editor. Yes people the game has an original composition editor with reverb, tempo, notes editor. You can create your own robots, program them with artificial intelligence design what they look like. You're able to create movie using robots as actors! Even if you don't use ANY of the insanely amazing editing tools Little big planet offers breath taking level design; a fun and diverse gameplay and unmatched creativity. New ... Crafting meets Video Game
Got this for my wife who loves crafting (and the original LBP). Seems to be a great kid's game - no violence, bad language etc. Links up to PS Move so can be more interactive.

I bought 2 copies of LBP2 my son who is 7 plays and little brother whom is 16, they both love it in their own different ways. My husband and I watch as they play and sit in amazement at all the different things they can do and create. They can buy items and costumes, create their very own levels, play by themselves or play with friends online. There is always something for them to do, no levels can be created everyday they sign on so there is usually something different one day that they didn't see the days prior. The skill level seems to be easy enough that our 7 yr old son plays without asking for help. What else is very nice is you can bring a lot of your items from the Original Little Big Planet over to part two. This is a very fun and interesting game and would recommend it to anyone ... Worth so much only because SACKBOY!!!
You probably heard the game is great, and yes it is. The map editor is a dream to the creative ones. The online community is fairly large and the game addresses all ages. The whole package is nice but worth all the extra money only because a genuine SACKBOY plush which, belive me, is rare to find. There's also a stupid game holder (give me a break), a couple of DLC coupons (worth 5$ aprox) and the actual game of course. I bought it to a 11 years old girl and she loved it! especially the SACKBOY which is just adorable. Little Big Planet 2 Collector's Edition
What i like the most about this game is the authentic, and genuine inspiration on the game, i love the superb quality of the graphics and the complete structure of the stages. The collector's edition is a must for this one if you really love the sack person :). Personally i prefer LBP 1 because it feels a little bit more rustic, but both this games are great.
