Ordered cookbooks for preparation for an event and a children's book. Tracking showed that info was sent to USPS but that the items were still held by the third party carrier on the way to USPS. This status stayed the same for 9 days until I reached out. Seller said they will look into it and respond with update. Of course, no update. Waited another 5-6 days before asking the seller for update. No response. Opened a case and was refunded. Box is prob sitting in a warehouse. Comm shld b better.
