The package was lost in the mail by USPS for nearly 2 weeks (no fault of the seller), but Ruthann was so helpful & kept in touch with me almost daily to check in & give updates about her communication with the postal service. She even offered to refund my money immediately even though she would not get her $ for the usps claim for 3-6 months.
