    Very informative. This book tells you details such as finding a jump rope size, surfaces that are best for jumping, the correct form, as well as different types of jumps. Also includes a brief history of the author himself. Money well spent.You will not be disappointed.

  • BUDDY LEE's JUMP ROPE TRAINING is life-changing!

    After bailing out of rugby, parkour, horse-jumping and women's tackle football due to bone and joint injuries acquired through a multi-decade life as a competitive athlete, I did some research and learned that jump-rope is low-impact, affordable, and portable. I had never heard of Buddy Lee, but his writing made me long to get going even before my rope and shoes had arrived in the mail.
