Interesting, Engaging, Historically Accurate
Historically accurate story of how two reporters brought the Watergate scandal to light and the events that followed. The book is good for people doing an in-depth study of the scandal because the writer meticulously documented all of the minute details but because of that the reading is a little dry for the average person IMHO. The movie, though is extremely interesting and engaging.

Great Video
After watching the docudrama about Deep Throat, "Mark Felt," I wanted to go back and view another perspective about the man who brought down Richard Nixon. This was great in the 1970s and is certainly relevant in our political climate today. Plus I love the chemistry between Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford.

The most exciting trip back to the 1970's' most historic political moments!
This movie is a classic; it never gets old! Watch the Watergate crime discovered and the investigation reported in the Washington Post as if it were happening in real time! The DVD was in perfect condition, and it gave my students a chance to see a huge historical event brought to life. Redford and Hoffman have never been better, and never will. This movie has held up regardless of the passage of time. The writing and acting are superb, and I still think Jason Robards really is the editor of the Washington Post. Buy it! Engrossing with superb acting
This is an older movie, but it is a fascinating look at how hard some reporters work to get an important story. It's true (with a few embellishments), and it's about the taking down of some of the most important people in our government. Even though I knew the outcome, I still enjoyed watching it again.
