Besides the fact that this series should be the guide to ever single woman struggling with the understanding of the world of dating and relationships... this is a great buy for everyone interested in witty writing and great television. In its genre, Sex and the City achieved something that only a few have had, and that its entertainment with the truth, comedy with heart, and great, great, great shoes! Educated the people about how to be hip, fun and learn how to see life from a different angle. This Special Edition its worth even if you already have some of the individual editions or all of them, of course if you're a great fan of the show... that is because you don't get much more than the original editions once included; it only has one more dvd with interesting facts about the show, a ... The presentation of the pack its flawless, a beautiful book, covered in hot pink velvet. Inside come the dvds with different pages with descriptions of the episodes and pictures. Comes with a jewel case to keep it perfect till your grandaughters' grandaughters want to find out what was like to live in New York as a single in the 21st century. Its a great Item... don't get me wrong... if you have the early editions, sell those right here in ebay, and buy yourself the new one, you'll enjoy it everytime you see that sparkling pink decorating your stand.

If you are a guy who values his testosterone. . . DON'T BUY THIS DVD FOR YOUR WOMAN!!! But if you are a closet metrosexual who enjoys romance and drama; by all means, this would be the perfect gift for your lady. I'm personally one of those manly-manbeasts who love sports and beer; however, I'm also a loving boyfriend who likes to make his girlfriend happy. So I bought this set for her as a gesture of love and . . . stuff. I was forced to watch the ENTIRE first season in one sitting! It was horribly gooey and chicky. . . BUT I was totally drawn into it by the 5th episode. Because of my machismo, I refuse to give kudos to this show; however, I will warn all the men who are like me. STAY AWAY FROM IT, MAN!!! IT'S FREAKING ADDICTIVE AND YOUR WOMAN WILL OWN YOU! ... If you are a guy who values his testosterone. . . DON'T BUY THIS DVD FOR YOUR WOMAN!!! Love this product! Sex and the City was one of my favorite shows
Works great, all the features work. The only problem I have is I&apos;ve been watching it on my laptop and the screen goes dark after a few minutes and I have to move the mouse around. That doesn&apos;t happen with any other DVD I&apos;ve watched but it&apos;s not a big deal. Definitely older quality, not a clear picture but it&apos;s not bad. I love the series and I&apos;ve wanted to get this boxed set for a long time, would re-purchase, happy with it.Works great, all the features work. The only problem I have is I&apos;ve been watching it on my laptop and the screen goes dark after a few minutes and I have to move the mouse around. Complete collection of Sex and the City Gift Set
This is a complete set of the Sex and the City series at a reasonable price. My husband and I have always like this and were delighted to see this complete set out. We watch this when we have some free time before bed after we have put the kids to bed while folding laundry. The first, second seasons are better than some of the others. Although the series is superficially about "Sex" it is more about the relationship of the 4 women and their growth over time and changes in their lives that bring their personal relationships to maturation. I would highly recommend this to someone who has not seen this or as a gift to someone who loves the series. It doesn't really seem to get boring even after you have seen the episodes previously.This is a complete set of the Sex and the City series at a reasonable price. I really love this DVD collection! It has every episode from the HBO show, Sex & the City. It is such a funny and witty show. There are a ton of pictures in the binder, and the binder itself is hot pink. It also has a clear protective case. There is a description and the title of each episode also, so it's easy to find one of them if you are looking for a specific one. I decided to buy it because it was a much better deal on here than buying from a store. It was an overall great buy!I really love this DVD collection!
