    This cookbook is a "must have" for wine lovers

    My boyfriend and I love to find new (and not so new) ways to pair fabulous wines with delicious food. We both love to cook and experiment in the kitchen but also appreciate the tried and true meals that can please almost any palate. Add entertaining for friends to the mix and - wow! We need inspiration! That's where "The Wine Lover's Cookbook" will help! I can't wait to pour into the pages of this- and I know he will love receiving this as a Christmas gift. The gift that keeps on givin', right?!!

    Excellent Cookbook for Entertaining

    I Love this cookbook for planning a very special meal, mostly to entertain. The sauerkraut recipe/wine pairing is fabulous for family gatherings! My father is German and he said he had never had a better sauerkraut in his life. The apples and wine make the sauerkraut not sour but flavorful with a savory broth that is exquisite.

    its great!

    This book is a really nice edition for anyone who likes to pair food and wine. It has a page where it lists all of the qualities that link a food to a specific wine. It can be great for those who already do pairings or if you want to start. The recipes are very nice as well, not too many of them being over the top exotic, you will find the ingredients in your local market.

    My friends and I use this book to find the perfect wine for the meat being served. Recipes are good too!
