Practical Sigil Magic
The author did a great job putting together the secrets of Austin Osman Spares magical alphabet and sigils using the method for sigil magick. The book was first published out of Germany and was transfered into english with additional material left out of the german edition. Out of ALL the available books regarding this topic on the market, this book was only printed in an edition of 800 copies. It is part of Llewellyn’s Magical Series and one would have thought there would be many more printed then what was. Spares important contribution to magick is in high regards to many famous authors such as: Kenneth Grant, Andrew Chumbley and Robert Ansell among others. Zos Kia is what Spare called it and those that have not had the courage to study his books really should. By making your own sigils ... Magick as it should be.
Straight forward and to the point. Spares system is absolutely brilliant and the author makes it crystal clear how it can be used to obtian what you desire. Without doubt one of the best books on sigil magick! Even the novice occult reader will be abel to understand and use this system, and perhaps most importantly.. obtain success using this quality system. If interested in A.O.S magick this is a perfect way to get into his way of magical thinking.Straight forward and to the point. It was not what i expected, but i enjoyed it. It was good, very explicit. I can't take a picture now i lend the book to my sister.
