I was happy with the seller but found the book extremely disappointing. It is supposed to be vegetarian but almost every recipe uses items ( most all the cheeses in her recipes) that are processed with rennet which comes from the lining of a calf stomach and ultimately cannot be used. This makes the book basically unusable for me. The book itself is a waste of money.

    This one's a page turner!

    Never in my life have a stayed up late and read a cookbook cover to cover but this one I fell in love with! The author's notes and stories for each recipe made me want to make every single recipe! The photos are great. The recipes aren't terribly difficult. Originally I borrowed it from the library but then decided I must add this cookbook to my collection because I will definitely be using it for years to come.
