    From the way this book was described on "The Kitchen", and from Alton Brown's forward, I expected a lot more shopping and preparation tips. Instead, it's just a bunch of recipes using stuff I would have to search around for (here in Middle Tennessee) or buy online. Jet is also kind of "preachy" about what I should or should not like.
