Product Information

Playing through the story of the feature film and including additional, original scenes, the video game version of X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a mission-driven action-adventure with lots of combat. Players control the mutant who will become Wolverine from a third-person perspective. The fighting interface is based on light, heavy, and grapple attacks, with improvised combos and sharp finishing moves. As he fights, Wolverine builds rage, which allows more powerful attacks. The agile hero can also perform a lunge attack, leaping with his claws extended toward an enemy. Wolverine's feral senses give him enhanced surveillance capabilities. When he is hit, wounds appear and heal quickly, distinguishing his mutant regenerative abilities. Throughout the adventure, Wolverine encounters other characters with related origin stories.

    Killing with claws is awesome!

    Being a long time wolverine fan, I love being able to play my favorite superhero character. The action of this game, and the graphics and moves are pretty good. The movie clips are cool...even though there are some scenes not from the movie. I found that a bit odd. For example...fighting Creed on top of a moving semi trailer truck. when did that happen in the movie? Unfortunately, the frame rate is a bit lapse when attacking enemiesand it looks very choppy at times. The attack moves are very repetitive, I think wolverines revenge for the xbox had more varity of attack sequences. If you are one that is fortunate enough to own a wii system and a ps3 or xbox 360...I would recommend getting this game for the ps3 or xbox 360. it looks 10 times better graphically and story base ...

    DON¨T WASTE YOUR $$ ON THIS!!!

    This is game is totally LAME!!! If you are 5 years old and your are really, really bored you could have SOME fun. I ended up after playing it for a couple of hours and I stopped because I got bored of slashing the air! Yep, on stage 4 or 5, I don´t remember (and I don´t care!) you have to slahs and try to kill 3 INVISIBLE dudes that, first of all, never were in the movie and, second of all are completely impossible to kill BECAUSE YOU CAN´T SEE THEM!!! Horrible, horrible game that is a blasphemy to the name of James Logan. You better use your money in a Six Dollar Burger in Hardee´s, at least, you will really enjoy that for more time than this stupid game.

    Shedding made fun

    Well i been playing this game and I like it so much! I also have the Xbox360 version. The wii system is a little odd for me but i still have fun with it. I do highly recommend this version, It is challenging to play not foer children under 6 maybe 7? Very bloody ! Give it a try you will be please if you like blood and guts type of play.

    X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Wii)

    When a game based on a movie based on a comic book finally ships, most expect it to be completely forgettable. Most of the Spider-Man, Batman and Superman games fall into this pit of despair. However, every now and again there is a ray of hope. Over on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, a perfect example just landed in the "Uncaged Edition" of Wolvie. The game was bloody, visceral and fun. Sadly, X-Men Origins: Wolverine on the Wii shares none of those positives and is doomed to be forgotten like so many movie/comic games before it.

    Endless action

    It is a good game,I loved the graphics and the story. It's a big adventure and with lots of action. I buyed this product because I was looking for a X-men game, a simple one, just with a bit of fighting and a good story, and this one has the two of them, It's a game to have fun.
