Treadmill belt lube
I had a little trouble with the application hose coming off the nozzle. So I glued it to the nozzle! Seems to work well now. The belt is lubed and ready to go. Excellent instructions were included, which caution about the application hose coming off. To me NO problem. Silicone makes things slick! I will just switch the hose/nozzle to the other bottle when I use up the first. Slippery as wet marble
My problem was that my ICON treadmill's belt would slip. In the worst cases, the friction from my bouncy runs would cause the treadmill to blow its circuit breaker. This silicone lubricant solves the friction problem. After being lubricated, my 20yo treadmill stopped slipping and overheating. I used a small fraction of the two bottles that I purchased. The application is easy as long as you can keep the long applicator tube firmly in the bottle. You do this by loosening the belt, squeezing the bottle while holding the tube firmly, then tightening the belt. There are two downsides to this lubricant. (1) The silicone mixes with black treadmill rubber dust to create black mud. My basement carpet now has a few black spots. These spots irritate the wife. (2) The silicone brings back the ... Good but...
It seems like a good lubricant for treadmills. I gave it four stars instead of five because I had a hard time attaching the hose to the bottle. I am physically blind so that did not help, but even when I got it to attach it wouldn’t stay attached. I wound up just dipping the hose into the bottle and kind of using it like a paintbrush. it was an interesting experience to say the least

Wish I bought it earlier
I was using cheap spray, overheated motor, should have bought this thick product earlier, less strain on motor, extend life of belt, good product..

Excellent product worked as advertized
Easy to apply using the long hose that can reach inside the belt. Warning be careful the hose can come loose.
