Avis les plus pertinents

  • At first I didnt understadn what a REIT was

This book was purchased by me years ago when I wanted to learn about REITS. I had heard about them and the kind of money that can be made by them but I didn't understand them. This book is an excellent resource for a beginner to build an understanding of REITS and how they work. You will also leaern what to look for and how the good REITS are structured. Highly recommended if you have ever wanted to diversify your investments by investing in REITS. It is also recommended reading for those that are seeking to expand their real estate knowledge.

  • REITS are great for invesrting in big $$ properties

If you have ever had a large chunk of investment capital and you wanted to invest in something bigger than you could afford then read this book. A REIT is your ticket to investing with other investors in projects that normally you could not invest in. Great for families or localized groups of investors that want to work together on larger scale projects. This book will teach you pretty much everything you want to know in general and will educate you so that you can ask the proper questions when investigating one yourself.
