Product Information

Join Kiefer Sutherland as he reprises his role as Jack Bauer for the second season of the highly popular television series '24'. Following the death of his wife, Bauer has been left to pick up the pieces. He and his daughter have not fully recovered from the tragedy of the loss of the matron of their family. They have also remained estranged, and Bauer no longer works for the Counter Terrorism Unit. Everything changes, however, when Bauer receives a call from United States President David Palmer and finds himself plunged once more in to a 24 hour race against time as he attempts to stop the detonation of a nuclear bomb in Los Angeles.

    Most thrilling season of 24

    Season two of 24 saw the series in top form. The newly introduced characters become well-developed and intriguing, while old characters seamlessly take on new facets. Most importantly, the storyline is riveting, and the end of the season presents a sequence of episodes that was the best in the show's history. Season two begins with the two main protagonists in very different positions than in season one. David Palmer is now President, managing crises from an underground bunker reminiscent of the war room from the film Dr. Strangelove. He is surrounded by some old advisors from season one, as well as new associates including Lynne Kresge (Michelle Forbes) and men from the NSA with a different vision of what his administration should be doing.     24 is the best military drama on tv. I was first introduced to the incredible power of 24, when FX had the season two marathon. Before that I had heard this and that about the show but had never gotten to watch any of it. Once season three began to air I started watching it on a regular basis. Now I own both season one and season two, and I am a very loyal fan, I have nothing bad to say about 24 The season two storyline had a very strong impact on the viewers as well as all of America.     The most incredible series ever: RIVETING drama !

    24 is an action packed mini movie that has terroistic threat that must be dealt with by the CTU(Counter Terrorism Unit) in one 24-hour period per season; each episode is one hour in that 24-hour period. Each season has been able to become more intrigueing and exciting than the one before! Do you like sitting on the edge of your seat? Do you have want to have to remind yourself to breathe? Do you, like most Americans, need a hero? Then you will love 24! My husband, son, and I could hardly wait for it to come out on DVD and watch every action packed episode.
