John Lennon Legend CD
This is a great album. It has a lot of great hits, plus every song has a meaning to it. I'm only going to list a few: Let start with Imagine, it has power because anyone can imagine and do things. Then, you have the song Power To The People, that song really brings out how Lennon felt and how most people relate. There are 20 songs on this album, so I personally won't go through all of them but the last song I would like to make a comment on is Give Peace A Chance. Without peace nothing changes, but with it things begin to get better. I purchased this album because I became interested in John Lennon and wanted something outside The Beatles. This is it. If you like something that would get you involved and has a lot of influence then this is the album for you. All I ask is that you ... This is a great album. Simply awesome music from a legend!
Absolutely fantastic compilation of Lennon's solo work with Yoko. Only complaint was I bought this as a used CD and it arrived in its plastic case smashed to bits but the CD was OK. Spend t he extra few bucks and buy this new - well worth it.

My wife heard “Imagine” on the radio in her car coming home from work one day and asked me have you ever heard of John Lennon? I almost laughed and said “Yes dear, I can’t believe that you haven’t heard of the Beatles, or Lennon and McCarthy, I’ll get you a few CDs so that you can listen to some of their other work, so I bought this CD off Ebay and the White Album and rented the movie John Lennon vs. USA, instead of trying to explain who he was. She still listens to the CD, but I don’t know how long that will last, because she will hear another song on the radio someday and wonder who they are.
