Product Information

Randomly generated dungeons and turn-based battles are highlighted in the second Wii title set in the Final Fantasy universe. A yellow, bird-like Chocobo migrates from a successful stint on the DS handheld to console in this exclusive release, featuring the distinctive artwork of Toshiyuki Itahana (Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales). You must retrieve, of all things, lost "memories" by delving into dungeons created by a mysterious lad named Raffaello. Succeed and the town's populace just might remember who and where they are. <br><br>In true Final Fantasy tradition, your Chocobo character can specialize in ten different job classes, ranging from a knight to a white mage, allowing him access to special powers and abilities in combat. In between dungeon treks, you can visit shops in town to purchase helpful items and equipment. Other features include online card duels via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, hidden dungeons and job classes unlocked by finding assorted letters, and arcade-style mini-games accessed from the Mog House. The latter includes such motion-driven activities as gardening, fishing, and darts.

    "You just made me say 'kweh'!"

    So, I bought this game with some awesome art on it, see? I put it into the Wii and hit 'start' see? And then BOOM. AMAZING cut scene graphics hit me! I am in absolute LOVE with this game, it starts off with you, the player, being Chocobo, an exploring Chocobo in the Land of Sands with Cid, both being treasure hunters looking for the Gem of Power (or something I forget). And then you find that, none other than IRMA and Volg are there and they got it first! But without even time enough to breathe, you're thrust into the world called Memoria into a town where every time the bell tolls, you lose your memories! Chocobo must fight through countless dungeons to retrieve the memories of not only the townspeople, but also his dearest friend Cid! Witih the help of Rafaello, you save the ...

    I Love Chocobos and this game id actually pretty good

    Okay so I just got this and started playing and from what I have seen so far this game is pretty good for a Final Fantasy game just about Chocobos! Now maybe I m biased since I am a hardcore FF fan and I LOVE chocos! This game is old school rpg game play. You move one and the enemy move on. Your Choco has to eat though to "keep up." This game dont seem to hard to play (well its for kids so...) But beside the actual game play I really like the graphics...and the soundtrack will definatly take you back to FF 7! Of course Wii probably won't be making to many good RPGS or Final Fantasies so this is good for now! Enjoy your game!

    True Dungeon Crawler in Final Fantasy Fashion!

    I've been waiting for a great random-dungeon Final Fantasy like this to finally be released on the Wii. Some of the older ones like Torneko for the PS 1 were really poor and confusing. Others like Azure Dreams were pure success every step of the way. This one is right there with it... its got Chocobo who can change classes... who can change and upgrade weapons (his are claws)... many of the dungeons have remixed and original FF music in them from prior FF games and really adds icing on top of an already fabulous game. Don't miss this one!

    Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon Wii

    This game has a very basic strategy, turn-based system. But the quality of this game is pretty good. Although the character's voices don't always match thier lips that is one small thing compared to the huge quality of this game. Unlike its predecessor for the playstation, this Chocobo's Dungeon uses a 3d take on this brilliant gameplay. You have so many different varieties of moves that can put you at an advantage or disadvantage whether or not you use them right. Even the most experienced player will have a hard time completing this game with no errors, but they would certainly have fun trying. This game has around 50 hours of gameplay if you want to do everything and it has some minigames that are pretty fun when you want to take a break from normal gameplay. I recommend this game for ...
