Great phone, but needs software sorting to make ot a winner.
I bought this phone as a factory return so was a good price and the phone itself is very good indeed. There are of course good points and bad points. The screen is very good. Sharp, a good size and quite responsive to the touch, although the on-screen keypad is not as good as some. The icons are crisp and clear and are easy to navigate. The slide out keypad is useful, but I find the buttons a bit fiddly with my big fingers, so this is something to bear in mind. I don't think that it is as good as some other Blackberrys. The trackball is not really necessary with the touch-screen and I would scrap it personally. The main criticism is the software which seems clunky and buggy. We have had great difficulty with the WiFi connection as it does not seem to connect properly. This appears to be ... This is a new operating system so is bound to be a bit buggy at first. Overall we like the phone, but Blackberry need to sort the glitches with the software to make it a winner.

Two phones of the same type were bought. One around 30th March, 2016 and the other one around 15th April, 2016. The item bought on 15th april with tracking number RR726925271GB is in very good condition. The item bought on 30th March 2016 having tracking number RR726923837GB is also working well except for the scratches especially on the front face. The battery looks very old and the inside back is also scrached making the item look very old. Thanks and have a good day.Two phones of the same type were bought. I hope it will work for ever
Nice phone - It will do me good and are easy to use. The phone is working very fast and is always on, the only drawback is the short lifetime from the battery, I need to charges every day, so if BB need a upgrade it's on the Batterylife. I can only say to all buy and be a happy user

I LOVE IT!
I've had the phone for about a month now. Software was up to date and worked nice and fast. The sliding animation gives it a little difference of style which i love, and if your touch screen stops working, you have your trusty keyboard and trackpad to back you up.

A great phone. Easy to handle too
It's well thought through; the touch screen sub menus are great and the fact that the Blackberry 'hard' button menu is still there as well as the scroll pad adds significant nuances to what you can do. As for the keyboard it's essential in terms of speed for, well, typing.
