NFL History of the S.F. 49ers
I bought this DVD because I'm driving a charter bus for the 49 games. I thought that the customers would love to get into the spirit of the games while enjoying the ride. I had no idea how inspiring the DVD would be. I've been raised an Oakland Raider fan and while listening to the DVD I couldn't help but feel excitement about the potential of this franchise team. The quality of this DVD is great. There is a lot of history on the DVD about how the team was developed; really is inspiring to watch. The DVD of the Super Bowl Game that was included in this DVD was great to watch, too. The group watched stayed in the parking lot and watched it rather than going into the stadium for the pre-game stuff. It's hard not to like the 49ers after watching this DVD.I bought this DVD because I'm driving a charter bus for the 49 games. More than expected...
I do home health care and my client so wanted niner's old school football when it was about "the game" and not all the political cr__. He was sooo excited I almost think a tear came to his eye. He and his lovely wife had to move from 60-acres, plus he is a Veteran, and a fire fighter before having a stroke. During his time at the VA, his wife took care of selling their home, and severely down sizing. All his VHS he had taped of all the 49ers games were no more! He told me about these tapes and I told him I had a VHS player to play them on, not knowing she had made some huge sacrifices to transition to a way smaller home. I not knowing this, he asked her about the homemade tapes and she had to tell him what happened. It was heartbreaking, but you had this CD, and it totally made his ... A very well done production
I am not at all a fan of the 49ers. But I do like the history of the NFL and all of its teams. This DVD compilation was a surprise in a good way! Why? Because it carefully weaves in the regular season lead-up to each Super Bowl and gives you some fun extras. I thought it would just be the 30-minute Super Bowl highlight reels of the 5 Super Bowls but this was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would do differently is add the regular season highlight reel of the 49ers team for 81, 84, 88, 89, 94 rather than the NFL overall. But on the whole, well packaged and well done.I am not at all a fan of the 49ers. But I do like the history of the NFL and all of its teams. This DVD compilation was a surprise in a good way! Why? Great Video about the history of the San Francisco 49ers
Good history of the San Francisco 49ers. From start to finish shows a lot of the players and history. Like the format and extra add ons are worth watching.

49er Scarlet & Gold
Great overview of the niners from their early years at Kezar Stadium up to 2002 when Mooch and Alex Smith entered the scene. Just as well it ended there as the 21st century rolls on. Well worth it.
