    Counting Carbs

    Excellent book for diabetics. Carb counting is well explained and easy to follow.

    This is a great guide.

    This is a very thorough carb counting book. Very helpful. I bought it to help me control my diabetes. It helps with portions and eyeballing food that is in a restaurant and judging the carbs for that. Another great book for insulin dependent diabetics is Gary's other book, "Think Like a Pancrea". Very thorough and touches on carb counting as well.
