When the heater arrived the fan inside the housing was broken loose causing the heater to be inoperable. I sent a message to the seller and immediately got a refund no questions asked. I would recommend the seller as they were quick to make the situation right. I would recommend using bubble wrap or equivalent shock absorbing packing material. Thanks again for a pleasant experience, and an even bigger thanks for making it right.

There is no way to power it up or run it. Once I reported it and showed them a photo, they immediately refunded full amount, no questions. I highly recommend dealing with sellers with this kind of high integrity - thank you for prompt response! Folks like this are a credit to the system! Item shipped quickly, well packaged and arrived in good shape, so Abunab gets high marks.

Thankfully the tip didn't break in transit as it was sticking right out of the box (ripped a hole in the box) Zero padding in a box that didn't fit the item. Would most likely not purchase from seller again. Positive feedback solely, on price and item arriving in good working order without issues.
