    Bookman's "Bookwoman" is excellent

    John Dunning's latest "bibliomystery" was a natural for me. Why? I collect antiquarian books and Dunning's protagonist, Cliff Janeway, is a mystery-solving ex-cop who owns an antiquarian book store in Denver (where Dunning himself used to own the Old Algonquin Bookstore). Dunning's books often contain accuarate and useful information about highly collectible books. Ironically, his own books have become highly collectible. That's why I jumped (well, okay, clicked my mouse) at the chance to owned this SIGNED copy of his latest in a protective mylar cover. "The Bookwoman's Last Fling" deftly interweaves horse racing, a partially pilfered collection of juvenilia (children's books), murder and an unusual but believable cast of characters.     Bookwoman remained a mystery to me even after I finished the book

    Fun mystery by interesting writer who loved to educate as he entertained. Learned lots about book collecting and the care and training of thoroughbred horses.

    John Dunning is a great mystery writer, Using a bookseller theme. It is one of those books you don't. want to lay down.

    Good Work John.

    I have all of "the Bookman's" books and I love them. While this is a little slower paced than earlier works, but is still a good read.
