Sadly the shipping company destroyed the plastic case of the machine. The computer was packed perfectly. Tons of layers of bubble wrap and everything. The machine got damaged from either callous handling or a nasty far drop. I contacted the seller and got them everything they needed to talk to the shipping company and the seller did everything to fix the issue. Will buy from again. After the package had not arrived a week later, contacted seller who immediately initiated an investigation with USPS and kept me up to date. When USPS declared the package lost, seller immediately sent a replacement. Thanks for an otherwise smooth transaction and the great communication.
