    Wish I'd read this book years ago

    Excellent book. Ideas are clearly and compellingly presented. Good balance of theory and examples. Very practical advice on how to solve all sorts of communication problems. My only criticism is that the book starts off way too dry. If I hadn't already listened to the audiobook I probably wouldn't have made it through the first chapter of the book. The book and audiobook complement each other very well, as they cover the same subjects but with different levels of detail and some different examples.
