Miracle?
I thoroughly enjoyed the book… wait a minute this is the movie… Why do movie makers so often take a really good book, gut it, and then wonder why it didn’t meet expectations? The movie, Miracle on the 17th Green, is a pale imitation of the novel & had I not read the book before I probably would have enjoyed the movie more… The tragedy is that the movie tries to get you to focus on several issues (worthwhile, valid, & noble though they are) and in doing so lips out from the main reason for the story, one man’s quest to rediscover his reason for being. The movie is entertaining & suitable for family viewing but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have read the book… unless you’re looking for ways to get a quickie golf fix while watching a more ‘socially conscious’ movie with your spouse.I thoroughly enjoyed the book… wait a minute this is the movie… Why do movie makers so often take a really good book, gut it, and then wonder why it didn’t meet expectations? Miracle on the 17th Green ( Book & Movie, DVD,, VHS )
I am a big James Patterson fan he is an excellent writer, there is nothing he has wriiten that is not GREAT. The movie Miracle on the 17th Green, follows the book ( in case you haven't read it ) pretty darn right on. It is well told an you couldn't have asked for better actors for the movie. I own both an enjoy them very much. If you looking for another good story get a copy of "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" both in book an movie an they too are both right on great.I am a big James Patterson fan he is an excellent writer, there is nothing he has wriiten that is not GREAT. I love it because it is based on james pattersons book, miracle on 17 green. he is my all time favorite author. his books are great so I knew the DVD would also be good.I have all of his books and hope I will be able to find more movies. so far I have 5, I don't know if any more exist.

moral was a good one about whats really important !!! How can you ask someone for a voluntary review , and then qualify it with a directive for a certain amount of characters ????? This IS a VOLUNTARY ACTION ON MY PART !!!!!!! THIS was a damn good movie and thats about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!moral was a good one about whats really important !!!
