Item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage and so was power supply. Loved the fact the bubble wrap wasn't tapped as it made unwrapping a lot easier and the static kept it together in the box along with additional paper packing to ensure it didn't move around. An overall positive experience.

FGP offered return, but didn t answer questions about refunding shipping, etc. I sent two subsequent emails, but FGP did not reply to either. Finally, a tech friend installed Linux so I m up and running. FGP finally replied, and we agreed to an adjustment in price. If you have a problem, I advise writing through eBay. Customer service is a bit slapdash.

However, it would appear the shipping company did not notice that as the massive heavy box shaped dent in the top that was left along with the side being well damaged did managed to still make the monitor unusable unfortunately. Power/options button was snapped, screen image was distorted, it was a mess. But upon contacting the seller, over the weekend mind you, they quickly sent me an apolog and refund.10/10
