Product Information

If digital photography is fun, then the D-370 is a blast. With a super bright viewfinder and a host of features that automatically adjust for superb pictures, great shots come easy. Getting them out is easy, too. With Auto-Connect USB, you just plug the D-370 into any USB computer and it automatically connects. Then just drag and drop your images to email, print or store them. All this is in addition to world-renowned Olympus optics. But the feature that really stands out with the D-370 is its newly-developed long-life battery circuit, allowing you to capture hundreds of shots in normal operation (with 4 AA alkaline batteries) using the LCD and flash 50% of the time or thousands of images when the LCD and flash are turned off. This extensive picture-taking time can be further increased, almost 3x as much, using Olympus long-life LB01 (CR3V) batteries so you'll be better equipped to capture those precious moments whenever they occur.

Stands the Test of Time (and abuse)!!
I have had this little camera for years!! While it's the first and only digital camera that I've owned personally, I have had the opportunity to use several other models of digital cameras. This little Olympus CAMEDIA is by far my favorite. Like I said, I've had it for years with no problems. I've used it with both Windows and Linux, and it's worked well with several photo programs. It has proven to be versatile and convenient. It is an older model and with only 1.3 megapixels, it can not compare to the wide range of newer models of digital cameras. But I have never needed anything more. I only wish on occassion that I could enlarge my photos with more clarity, something that I couldn't achieve without a higher resolution camera. Still, it's more than fine for 4x6 prints!I have had this little camera for years!! Great for Price and Ease of Use
When these came out, they were one of the best digital cameras on the market! I have had mine for 3ish years now and dropped it many times and it still works. The picture quality is great, however here recently I have noticed pixelation happening from the camera and I don't know if its just me or if something is going wrong with the camera or the memory card. Other thing to note is that if you leave it plugged into your computer to transfer files, it will drain your AA batteries quickly and heat the camera up, so don't forget to remove it from the computer when your done transfering the pictures. One last thing to note is that every computer that I plugged this into recognized it right off and didn't have to install software that I didn't have off hand. A quick, fun, cheap camera for ... I had previously owned an Olympus D-370 but it had been stolen from one of my vehicles and never recovered. It is an older camera than most oftody'sstandards, but it also manages to take some very clear photo's that are capableof competing wit today's higher resolution cameras.

Perfect camera for a three-year old!
Half the price of a modern children's digital camera yet offering superior pictures this camera works well for meeting all my three-year old's photographic entertainment requirements. More importantly it distracts him from wanting to play with our more expensive digital cameras as he now has one of his own!
