  • Cookbook for meat lovers!

    This is a good cookbook for meat lovers. It has a great variety of recipes for a lot of different meats. I would have liked to have seen some pictures of the dishes, but no pics. ! A lot of good rub recipes and marinades. I was hoping for a book that would help me learn to use my new George Jr rotisserie. Unfortunately, this really didn't teach me much! Like I said not enough how to , hands on photos! But, still some really good recipes. I was very disappointed that the recipes weren't divided up by grilling recipes and rotisserie recipes. That would have really helped!

    I can't wait to try the recipes. I'd never thought of grilling a pizza and now can't wait to try. I got his rotisserie at a resale shop and now have lots of recipes to try and plenty to do outdoors this spring and summer on the gas B.B.Q.! It has recipes for dry rubs, marinades,dips and side dishes. It doesn't have any desserts, but vanilla with Creme de Mint will be delicious with any of these recopies. I also like the international cuisine presentation. The spices will leave a memory of a delicious meal. I doubt anyone will be disappointed with the purchase of this book!

    I do not agree that the ingredients were to exotic. They were very findable. You may have to go to chinese or japanese store for like one recipes or so. Most are easy to find at your local grocery store. The book does have exotic recipes But the ingredients are not that difficult to find at all.

    I was looking for more recipes using the rotisserie. That is why I bought it in the first place. Probably won't use it much.
