    a must read for any leader

    This book is a wonderful leadership book revealing how using some concepts from the late Mary Kay Ashe can change the way you approach people, deal with people, and interact with people in your business or your personal life. Learn how the golden rule is still very alive and transformative when put into practice. Learn how to praise people to success. By helping enough people get success, your success will also come. The choices you make for yourself or business can motivate employees or impress clients. Any leader will learn valuable insights from the woman who made Mary Kay a multi-billion dollar company that is just as strong today as ever. The key however will come from the actions you decide to put into place.

    An excellent read for any leader...

    This is an inspiring book and very well-written. I am a new Mary Kay consultant and truly appreciate the values that Mary Kay Ash put into building a strong foundation in her company.

    Pink Cadillac Review

    Wanted to learn more about Mary Kay and her drive for business. Her business (Mary Kay--MLM) may be your thing and it may not, but you have to admit that she took nothing but a dream and turned it into a booming business. She champions growth, women, and the Golden Rule. I respect her and her accomplishments.
