    Wonderful exotic Italian recipes

    Most Americans think Italian food is pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. Having lived in Italy, I know how varied Italian food can be. The north cooks with cream, while the south cooks with tomatoes. The area of Puglia is a charming province with all sorts of delicious local recipes. This delightful book has lovely photographs as well as easy to follow recipes which will please everyone. I highly recommend this book as a fine addition to one's cooking library.
