The Scalable Runtime feature provides for the immediate addition of runtime when it is needed. The APC SUA3000RMXL3U Smart-UPS 3000VA provides higher application availability by adjusting low- and high-voltage conditions without the need for a battery with the Boost and Trim Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) function. The Intelligent Battery Management feature maximizes the performance, life, and reliability you have from the installed batteries by delivering intelligent precision charges. The APC SmartUPS also performs automatic self-testing. This gives you early warning alerts whenever the installed batteries need to be replaced before downtime is encountered. With temperature-compensated battery charging capabilities designed into this UPS device, your battery life will be extended to its fullest by regulating the charge voltage in accordance with the battery’s temperature. The APC SUA3000RMXL3U 120V 3000VA Smart-UPS offers a generous number of output connections for plugging in all of the electronics equipment you depend on. There are nine NEMA 5-15R outputs and two NEMA 5-20R outputs. With the sine wave technology built into these ports, the 120V that comes into the UPS system is converted to the appropriate voltage required by each piece of equipment. The output of the APC Smart-UPS is 2700 Watts at 3000VA. There is a single NEMA L5-30P input featured on this device. The type of input accepts 120V at 5 percent of a full load. The DB-9 RS-232 interface of the APC 3000VA UPS features a USB port as well. This gives you the opportunity to connect to the device with a compatible 2.0 USB cable for immediate access for downloading any internal alerts, increases in power consumption, and other such data.
