    This book will help you understand the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. The author has won many competition Barbecue contests. Many of the recipes are quite easy and the photos are outstanding. I want to try all the recipes. Weber should include it with the purchase of the smoker.

  • Just do what it says and you will be amazed at the smokin results.

    Been smoking meats for decades. Trial a error all along the way. This book eliminates the trial and error. Don't agree with all of the smoking woods, but the procedures are spot on. Just do what it says, have an adult beverage, and perfection will be the result.

  • Easy to use and with great results

    The smoker was easy to set up and use. We smoked (with apple juice and apple wood chips) beef steak, tri-tip, and chicken and all three turned out very tender and delicious. Everyone loved the smoke flavor and devoured the meat. I would very highly recommend this smoker to anyone wanting a good smoker at a reasonable cost!
