Product Information

Designed to present grown-up gamers with a well-rounded cowboy adventure, Gun tells a classic Western story of revenge and rugged individualism, with the player in the starring role. Colton White was robbed of his heritage by a lifetime of lies; now he aims to take charge of his destiny and become his own man. The game's open-ended mission structure and expansive environments allow players to explore the frontier as they choose. Missions offer a variety of gameplay styles, including stealth action, precision shooting, and horseback riding.<br><br>Players can develop Cotlon White to be an upstanding, classic hero, who protects the innocent and follows a code of righteousness, or a vengeful loner, who best serves the frontier community by serving himself first. The game's story progresses through a series of major missions, but many side-quests allow the hero to develop skills and earn scratch. Money and other crucial resources can be gained by collecting bounties, winning at the poker table, or by less civically upstanding means.<br><br>Gun was developed by veteran studio Neversoft, previously renowned as the creator of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series. Key characters in Gun are voiced by a number of accomplished screen actors, including Tom Skerritt, Lance Henriksen, and Kris Kristofferson. The game's story was written by screenwriter Randall Jahnson (Sunset Strip, The Mask of Zorro, The Doors).

    Great Old Shoot Em Up Western Game!

    I highly recommend this game if you are into the old western shooting games. This has a story line but is short. It does take a while to get used to the controls of the game. Once you have them mastered, you will do well! It is very fun, including the focus mode, almost like the matrix game. It only last a few seconds, but you can sure wipe out a lot of guys using it. The only draw back is the controllers to me were harder using the psp than using the ps2. The other thing was I did want to replay the entire game in what I had saved in my ps2. This game is definitely in my top ten games, highly recommended.

    Better than the PS2 version.......

    great graphic and storie lines, excellent game play and fun. would be perfect if you can get use to the controls, but on the psp they did a good job. love the old west settings and the weapon selection.....4.5/5 IMO....

    It is a good game worth playing at least.

    It is a good game to buy because it cannot be beaten in one day. And if you are in to games with a bit of freedom then you might like this, there is not freedom like grand theft auto but it is ok you can at least make your own decision.

    good, fun game

    cool game. Not the full game of the console, but makes up for it in some other periphrials. Great graphix, and the dialoge is done by some well known stars. the multiplayer mode is a blast!!!

    Great Game

    Free roam with great graphics and the ability to go wherever you want. Be sure to get all the money and gold you can to buy power ups. This quickly became one of my all time favorite games.
