A delightful surprise for such an old rpg.
The look of this game doesn’t look like an Illusion of Gaia or a Final Fantasy II. It would be less in the graphics department, but not so much so that you would have to pretend. For instance, the store when you walk up to it, you get a pop-up of the store owner; rather than going inside. So, I could appreciate the leap from my GB rpgs; I had been playing games like Final Fantasy Legend III. If you like role-playing games, and you do not mind simpler graphics, the game has a lot to offer in game play. It isn’t as long as other Snes role-playing games I have played, but you are satisfied at the end, so for me it was long enough. I don’t remember having much choice in where to go, it was rather linear, not open and free roaming, which doesn’t have to be a bad thing. As I said earlier, I ... Good and Challenging adventure game!
This game has a low cost compared to other RPG titles to the Snes.. And is also very fun to play. Nice graphics and Story. Action RPG combat (simple, but fine). I recommend!

Lagoon is a Very Awesome Game
The reason I bought this game was because when we were kids me and my Cousin Ernie got to the Fire bird in the game and could never beat it. We called it the 'Unbeatable Game' but after so many years I thought its time we beat the 'Unbeatable Game' so as a sort of revenge on the game and to finally complete the game we have for so many years have not played or beaten. We haven't gotten to that point yet but along the way fought hard bosses that took a long while to beat and don't know how we beat those before but we will beat the game and finally have that to be able to say.The reason I bought this game was because when we were kids me and my Cousin Ernie got to the Fire bird in the game and could never beat it. Terrific game
Simply put, this was one of my favorite SNES games growing up. This is a great RPG that allows for excellent character customization, and has a great storyline. Even now, it's story is more entertaining better written than some recent games that have come out. Also, the game does a great job of getting progressively harder as you move through it.
