Coming to America (DVD, 1999)
This is a really funny movie about a young African Prince from a mythical African country. His father has selected his bride for him, but he doesn't want to marry yet. Instead, he wants to visit America and "sew his wild oats". His Father the King, James Earl Jones, agrees and sends him and his lifelong personal servant and friend Arsenio Hall to where else - Queens, N.Y.! Desperately wanting to live just like everybody else, they take a ratty, roach infested, slum apartment. The plan is for the Prince, Eddy Murphy, if anybody was to find out, to pretend he was the servant, and Hall was the prince. Going to work in a fried chicken restaurant, Murphy falls in love with the owner's daughter. The owner does everything he can to discourage this because he wants her to marry money. After many ... 'Coming to America'
Even after so many years since this movie was made (1988), it's still entertaining. Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall both play multiple characters with style and enthusiasm. You won't know who's who until watching the credits at the end of the film. Two very talented gentlemen.

Favorite MOVIE
"Coming To America" the movie is great! I went onto E-bay in hopes of finding it, because it's my fiancee's favorite movie of all time. It's hard to find some of these old movies in the stores anymore. What better place to find those odd things that may not be as popular anymore, but on E-Bay. I defiantly would suggest anyone to buy this movie, even if you have already seen it. It's a great classic movie that would make your collection even better.
