    It's well worth your time and money.

    Though Sadhguru has lots of content on YouTube and the internet in general, and much of this book isn't new if you are tuned into him, it is still well worth the purchase. There's something about reading these words rather than hearing them on a video that registers in a different way. I find his message profound if you are willing to take it to heart. His wisdom has taken me on a trajectory that has been life changing. I definitely recommend this book.

    Inspirational!

    Life is a journey. Inner Engineering is a guide to help get over the waves of misfortune and despair. I just started reading and can't wait to complete reading it! Our bodies are a reflection of the Universe! For example, their is more bacteria in your digestive system then there are stars in the Universe! The sacredness of Life! All Life every blade of grass, polar bear and human share in this uniqueness! Becoming one with the Universe is what our existence is about! And what this book has instilled in me! I recommend this to anyone who can read and is surviving thru this Life! Be Great!

    Worth Buying

    I'm usually a little more opinionated with books like this, but after reading the entire thing through, its a book I'd recommend to so many. It forces no opinions on anyone, and while there are stories of some life experiences, it properly delivers perspective and outlook in many ways. Its a book that might help someone learn insight, or how to think outside of the box, but for the cost, and some of the things the book offers, its definitely worth the read. I finished it in 3 days, and while some might look at books by page count, the material you get out of it is there.
