I had ordered Thong underwear but was sent a 3-pack of Papi Jockstraps. The Size, Colors, and brand were all correct. The style was incorrect. I contacted the Sand Storm LLC immediately by email and explained the problem. I got a reply the same day. It was suggested I buy the Jocks at 1/2 price, but I don't like Jockstraps. Before I could ask about other solutions a full refund was issued, and all was resolved. Well done!

When contact was attempted they never responded. Item did eventually arrive. Absolutely nothing in the shipping box but the item. Not a single piece of news paper or bubble wrap?
