    Great grilling book!

    This book has great recipes for cooking indoors on indoor grills, built-in grills, fireplaces, etc., so it is very versatile. I bought this as a gift for my 25 year old daughter and she is very pleased. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures in the book are very valuable. The author wrote the "Barbecue Bible" but this book is even better!

    raichlen's indoor! grilling

    if you like to grill year round but can't do it because the weather is funky this book is great. has all the great ideas for grilling indoors and what kind of grills to use indoors without smoking out of your house. lots of great ideas in this book
