The first game to exclusively focus on the sport of lucha libre features authentic luchadores from the AAA (Asistencia Asesoría y Administración) and a presentation designed to capture the distinctive flavor of professional wrestling in Mexico. The wrestling takes place from a third-person view inside the ring, as an energetic crowd cheers on the acrobatic action. The crowd plays an important role in the match, as wrestlers that taunt their opponents or flirt with female fans can increase their popularity, represented by a meter. Increased popularity allows wrestlers to perform special and super moves for more powerful attacks. Further setting the game apart from traditional wrestling titles are the mask and hair matches, where the loser must reveal his face or shave off his locks. Other key features include a story mode, four-player support, online matches, and the ability to create custom wrestlers. The game also includes play-by-play commentary in Spanish as well as in English.

Luch Libre Rulez
For those who enjoy AAA lucha libre this is a good game to get. The retail price is a little high so I chose to buy it on ebay for half that, but the game is fun. the mask creation is better than that of Smackdown vs Raw. The spanish commentary is well constructed though it sounds weird in english. You will have to go through both story modes to unlock all the characters because you basically start with 40% of the roster. It's worth the trouble when you can start fighting in your favorite luchadors. It takes a bit to get used to the controls. Like to irish whip a wrestler you first press L2 or R2 and then press L1, despite the fact that the manual says to press L1 and L2 at the same time, which doesn't work. They have pretty much have all the gear to make Ultimo Dragon, which is awesome. ... For those who enjoy AAA lucha libre this is a good game to get. Better then expected
This game is excellent only an hour into the story mode and it has a great story ! And unique playstyle better then tna and wwe 2011 I highly recommend you give this game A chance
