From the very first episode of BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER and throughout the course of its run of almost a decade, the show set the standard for quality television entertainment. Picking up where the relatively disappointing film left off, the show followed Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) on her quest to rid the world of vampires, demons, and various other evil beings.     "Buffy" Rules!

    I LOVE this series! The acting in season 1 isn't the greatest, but it truly does get better. Also, the writing is amazing. I'm continually shocked by how funny the dialogue is. The show also gets more depth as it continues. The characters themselves, as well as the storyline, gets more complex as it goes on. Buffy is one of the first female television heroes that could kick some serious @$$! My personal favorite seasons are 3, 4, and 5, but i adore them all. I love how this show was willing to take risks. Above all, this show is memorable!

    Has it all - love, loss, friends, family, laughs, tears

    Ok, if you were like me, when BTVS first came out you were way too cool to watch something with such a stupid name. Big mistake. I ended up buying this DVD collection in a kind of backwards way. I became a big fan of David Boreanaz and Christain Kane from Bones and Leverage. In researching other roles they were in, discovered Angel (both were in it - what more could you want!?), so I bought the Angel DVD's and then discovered that Angel was a spin off from Buffy. I loved the Angel DVD's so thought I would give Buffy a try (you can watch Angel without having watched Buffy, but you do miss some of the 'inside' jokes). So, I worked my way back from Bones to Buffy and I have to say that I've really enjoyed the trip and am now an even bigger fan of David Boreanaz, Christain Kane and the ...

    Best Show Ever!

    Buffy is the best show ever. It's funny, witty, smart. This entire show is not just about slaying vampires; this show is a perfect metaphor for life. Buffy is a comedy, a drama, a horror and an action adventure all in one. Joss Whedon (the creator, writer) and his amazing group of writers have given us a show that is being studied in colleges and also has an enormous cult following. This show will not only continue to be popular but will grow more and more of an audience with the recent release of Season 8 in comic book form (which is considered part of the Buffy canon). Buffy will continue to transcend shows put out today and continue to garner a new generation of "watchers". What more could you want?

    Its a review for both the seller and the product

    I actually got the product although it was on the last day of the 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly till i gave the money. The contact was good, although the picture you see isnt always what your gonna get. I ordered the Buffy Collection and I thought you know that each season would have its case with the special features and the whole works since thats what it was suppose to contain. But instead i got a chinese sorta product. (not judging) But i got like a coffin case and all the cd's were in a what looks like a cd holder instead of cd cases. They were suppose to look like the box you rent, but i just got a bunch of cd's that looked like they were burned into. although i did test them and they were good quality just kinda mad that they didn't come in boxes, with pictures. :)

    Buffy DVD-The Chosen Collection

    Theres nothing not to like about this dvd collection. Its become a cult favorite, as has the spinoff series "Angel". This set comes with a booklet describing each episode, so you can easily find your favorite even if you dont recall the name or number. Theres also an extra disc with the cast members describing their favorites in the series. So, no commercials and about half the cost of retail here on Ebay. Whats not to like?
