I received this item damaged and it wasn’t a fault of UPS, it was packaged at the factory damaged. The seller was super good to work with, shipping time was a full week ahead of the projected delivery date. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and offered a fair deal to me. Ooma Telo
As a non-savy tech person, I installed the Ooma myself. We have been running the Ooma Telo side by side with our land line before deciding to discontinue land line. It's been several weeks since we installed the Ooma and no problems. Once hooked up, for the first time, it took a little while for the Ooma to boot up (from flashing red to blue)...approx. 45 minutes. Since then no problems. Plans are to discontinue land line in the near future. Uncertain if we will port our present land line phone no. to Oooma. Our phone bill will be lowered from $52.00 per month to $4.22 per month. Great Ooma Device
Easy to setup plus the website has many more features one could modify. The sound quality is also very clear. I would highly recommend this to a friend or family member.

Ooma Telo has worked great for the past five years!
Our Ooma Telo has worked flawlessly for the past 5+ years!! Calls are crystal clear, and I don't recall any being dropped. Wish I could say the same for my cell phone! Even if the electricity is out (and, therefore, no Ooma), calls are rerouted to a cell phone. We never worry about missing a call to our "house phone." We use Google Voice integrated with Ooma, and once I got it set up correctly, it has worked very well. I found the online discussions and trouble-shooting guide to be invaluable in working out the minor issues with Google Voice. We have saved thousands of dollars by using Ooma for the past 5+ years! I recently told a newcomer to our neighborhood about the Ooma advantages, and she canceled her Magic Jack contract and ordered a Telo.Our Ooma Telo has worked flawlessly for the past 5+ years!! Nice, inexpensive way to have a home phone service!
Once set up, it works like a champ. I bought used of one of their original products and initially got a message that the unit was already being used. I got in touch with OOMA and gave them the unit information. He verified they could reset it in their system, but it would take a few days. 3 days later, I was able to complete set up and it works like it should. Only costs less than $8.00 a month. It always pays to shop around
It is a replacement for a previous similar model. This one is much better as it is a new one rather than a factory refurbished product from Ooma. I was able to find a brand new in a box model on eBay for $25 dollars less than Ooma wanted. Plus my purchase included a 2-year warranty from Squaretrade
