I ordered a Christmas ornament from this seller and received the wrong item. I bought it to their attention and they claimed they were going to send the correct item. They sent me a label to return the wrong item but did not mail me the correct item. They contacted me and wanted to know where the ornament they had sent in error(?) was and what I had not returned it to them. I asked where the correct item I had ordered was and they said they would not refund my money until they got the ornament.

I tried to reason out to the buyer, and informed the buyer I will mail the right ornament in exchange for her to mail the other item back. the buyer refused to mail back the ornament. I informed her to do the proper return procedure through ebay. This way ebay is involved and it can be done properly.
