The company did the right thing and sent a replacement (Thank you Jodie), without to much fuss. I brought the sun strip and was sent an email with instructions, but this was for window tinting and not for a sun strip. The process is similair but not the same. It would be nice to have a specific video for sun strips to help people with low confidence or no experience in installation. The item fit, was perfect for my car. Thank You.
