"These items are new Open box" a quote form the seller after I messaged him/her. Also Descibed this way but didnt come that way . In all honesty its USED it was someones elses before they got it as there is signs everywhere it was. Scratched, label peeled back, generic power supply If it was new open box it would have a zte power supply, telephone cord, documation and yes I messaged him but got the typical run around that you get from a junk yard

Item was shipped in new condition as it was described, and it included all accessories listing in the listing description, but Unfortunately buyer was upset because it did not include a telephone cord and User Manual, but We tried to explain the Buyer that those items were not listed in the description. We apologize for the misunderstanding, but Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase, We will assist you with the return process.

Again, all spell it out ITEM WAS USED not even close to new condition, really thats all you got saying I was upset I didn't get this and I didnt get that REALLY It was sold as new opened box I guess your interpretation of that is way different then everyone else. Look at all your negative feedback as it kind of points to this direction of deceptive listings also to note I noticed you made up I was hurt that I did not get a user manual, Maybe you can tell me where that came from

    ZTE 723EL Home Phone Base

    The ZTE 723EL is a LTE home phone base station that simulates a landline connection for your home phone network. After trying it out for a week now, it appears to have good connectivity to the T-mobile GSM network that Ting (my phone service company) uses. It did disconnect once during a call today for unknown reasons, but, the voice quality and data transmission appear to be excellent. I would recommend this product.

    Just what I needed

    This sort of equipment is becoming obsolete as more and more people abandon their home phones, so I was concerned that it might not work as well as the Verizon product it was replacing. However, it works just fine and I was able to hook up to the T-Mobile network without any problem. It gets a good signal and the voice transmission is clear. I recommend it to anyone who wants to use a cell phone signal to power a home phone system.

    No setup and easy assuming it actually *IS* unlocked

    MAKE SURE your seller promises it actually has been tested with your carrier. Simply "unlocked" might not be enough, as i had to purchase 2 before one worked. Having saod that, it is painless to operate. You pop the SIM in, and it works! I have not tried the voicemail functionality or any customization however. I got this for an elderly person that had trouble with a cell phone. Grabbed a $15 per month SIM and it's worked perfectly by simply plugging an old phone into it. I'm happy with it. Hope this helps.

    Good alternative for a home phone

    I purchased this home phone base last year to replace the one from Sprint. The base has worked out well, though the charger that came with it was faulty. (Fortunately I had the other charger to use.) Ting is my carrier and they set it up quickly and I get a better signal than I did on the Sprint network There have been a couple of times when I had no dial tone and had to turn the power button off and back on to fix. That's never happened with the Sprint base. Other than that very pleased.

    One of the Few Home Wireless Phones Still Available for AT&T Network

    With AT&T dropping 3G support soon, there has been a run on 4G devices, including home wireless phones. This is one of the few that were available that works on AT&Ts network. Works fine, too. Had to have an AT&T phone center store configure it, but that was expected.
