    1-way transmission

    I can hear very well on it. Unfortunately, no one can hear me. I've been calling my cell phone's voice mail, in order to test it out, but nothing I've tried has worked. I'm going to see if anyone at 'Plantronics' can figure out what's wrong.

    Works like a charm

    I had a headset that went through the motions of a busy office setting. It was time to retire the old headset and purchase a new one. I am now back in the saddle again!

    works great and I received fast.

    I love it it works great...I received it in just a few days a lot quicker than expected. I hooked it up and it works just like I expected it to. The hook up was very easy. I will purchase from them again.

    Good value for the price

    This is an older generation phone. It is a good value if you don't mind that it's not the latest technology.

    Well worth the price.

    This is the second one of these that I have owned. It is even better than the earlier one in that it works with more ease. The hook for hanging the headset is not as good as the older one in that the headset just will not stay on it. But, at least this part is metal, so it will not likely break like the old one did. As for actual electronic performance, it is superb. The sound is crystal clear, and the headset is comfortable.
