  • A SCANDINAVIAN REFERENCE COOKBOOK! 1ST RATE!!!

    Recently I added a general reference cookbook to my must have... THE NORDIC COOK BOOK by MAGNUS NILSSON (published 2015) This is a THICK hardcover, and should be considered a great general reference to any kind of Scandinavian cooking! In fact I WISH I had found this earlier BEFORE I purchased a different (and thinner) cookbook for the latina mother of my new Niece, because IF I had, I would definitely have bought a copy of this instead and sent it instead. Those of us who THOUGHT we knew a bit about Scandinavian cooking will find many interesting recipes, as well as explainations... I am pretty experienced with Nordic/Scandinavian cooking from birth and I found a LOT of recipes of interest. If you are looking for merely a pamplet then stay away from this, as this is almost 5.5 POUNDS ...
