While product is described as new and unopened, Box has minor damages that weren't mentioned in the description. To be fair however, looking back at the photos the seller took, some damages are noticable in the photos, but are magnified upon receiving the product. The seller also did state "What you see is what you get. " so that's on me. Still, as a Batman fan I'm happy with this product and will use this as a learning experience in the future.
