We ship crystals out in a box to avoid any possibility of damage. Far to many buyers and novice watch repair guys break crystal during the install and will blame a seller to recoup their repair costs. Measure correctly and you will only need to do it one time and order 1 item instead of two. Will definitely end all communication with this buyer going forward. Good luck on ebay.
