Celtic Woman:Songs From The Heart-Live Concert DVD,2010
I bought this DVD because my mom & I have seen the PBS specials of "Celtic Woman," and they are just amazing! I grew up loving all kinds of beautiful music and as I have gotten older, I really like the Celtic sounding pieces. So, these ladies fit right in. They are all Irish and lovely and so so talented. My favorite is the lady who plays the violin, Mairead. She is just perfect with dancing and playing the beautiful, lively jigs. The other four all have ethereal voices that just bring fountains of inspiration into a person's heart. These ladies sing folk songs, classical, movie & inspirational themes, hymns, and even modern-day contemporary tunes that are redone into more of a celtic version which makes them enjoyable in a whole new way! There is something for everyone. Plus they are shot ... I bought this DVD because my mom & I have seen the PBS specials of "Celtic Woman," and they are just amazing! Celtic Woman- "Songs From The Heart"
I decided to buy this item because I saw it on TV. I have also bought in the past the first CD, and the second, "A New Journey." I also have the DVD's to the first and second. Since I liked and have bought them in the past I wanted to buy this one too. There was a song that I saw on TV that was not on the DVD it's "You'll Be In My Heart." I really liked that song when I saw it on TV, but when I got the DVD I was a little disappointed that that song wasn't on it. I really like the DVD and I watch it from time to time. The reason I bought it this time online was because I only had to pay eight dollars whereas if I went to a store and bought it there it would have been 12 to 15 dollars. The songs on the DVD are: 1. The call 2. Fields of Gold 3. When You Believe 4. The Coast of Galicia 5. The ... I decided to buy this item because I saw it on TV. Absolutely flawless and sent from Heaven
Celtic Woman is highly recommended! This location is absolutely beautiful! The music will take you on an emotional journey from the melodic vocals matched with the perfect orchestra, to the bagpipes that will set your heart afire! You'll forget you're even watching on a TV! Have a surround sys or really good stereo connected when watching on a large widescreen to bring you in even more! Actually makes you jealous of the live audience!Celtic Woman is highly recommended! Celtic Woman: Songs from the Heart - Live from Powersco
I saw this on a Public Broadcasting Network, but did not have the opportunity to purchase it then. It was a Powerful performance with a Beautiful backdrop (At Powerscourt) and Beautiful, Talented women singing so beautifully, that it was very moving. I don't usually listen to this type of music, and was afraid I had lost my chance to see it again, but when I happened upon it on Ebay, I HAD to have it! It is such an AMAZING Dvd! The extra outtakes and stuff at the end of the Dvd are just as wonderful!
