Ridgid Gen5X 18V Dual-Power Light Cannon
This is a FANTASTIC Light. I use it in a SnoCat that operates at night in very remote areas, and this light is fantastic in the ability to light-up the entire hillside or the entire area around the vehicle. I can operate the light either from the battery, or from a cord that attaches the cigarette lighter in the vehicle, and it will run for hours on the battery, after bouncing around in the SnoCat for most of the Season. I highly recommend this light for any outside lighting needs, and the fact that they call it a "Light Cannon" is a perfect name for it, as it is indeed a Light Cannon. The Ridgid Gen5X 18V Dual-Power Light Cannon has a beam that is a little broader than I like for outdoor use, but is pretty solid for lighting up a working area from distance – particularly if you’re ... When it comes to run time, Ridgid tells us that we can expect up to 30 hours on a 5.0 amp hour battery in low. With the potential to run much longer than I care to sit by it, I decided to run the light on high using one of Ridgid’s compact batteries. The power draw on an LED light is pretty small, so I can reasonably estimate that the 1 hour, 42 minutes I got with the compact battery will stretch out to at least 4 hours, 15 minutes with a 5.0 amp hour pack, but likely longer.

Very bright, great addition to ridgid ecosystem
Extremely bright, very well built. This ridgid light cannon is now my go to flash light. I like the hook on the side to attach to my belt and then use the adjustable brightness knob to make islt as dim as possible and then use it to go for walks at night. It is VERY bright so don't point it at people or else it could temporarily blind them.

Best light you will ever buy.
It is the best light I have ever had. Really has a bright light and last a long time on one battery charge. I will probably buy another on soon to keep in our bedroom to use if the power goes out. It will light up a entire room with a real bright light.

Turns night into day
I got this to light up my yard to check for critters before I let the dogs out. This thing exceeds expectations. Very bright. Works great. Great value on Ebay compared to big box stores.
